Facts about the SCSPMA Conference
What happens at the Conference and who should attend?
The SCSPMA team holds conferences twice a year to
improve school employee skills through instruction and "hands-on" training.
The conference training sessions are planned for the Maintenance and Operations
administrators, plant engineers, custodians and technicians. Training sessions
include a wide range of topics such as Turf Care, HVAC, Plumbing, Custodial,
Indoor Air Quality, Safety, and others.
Networking with your colleagues is an
important part of any conference. This conference addresses training and the
maintenance issues that affect the school facilities within our state. The
exchange of information and ideas between you and your colleagues may bring you
answers and new approaches to old problems. Joining a winning TEAM and Focus on
the Future !
Come join us as we work toward improving the operations and maintenance
departments in the South Carolina School Districts.
The
cost of the Winter Conference is
only $49. With your registration the benefits are practically
unlimited: hands on training, new ideas, new product information, technology
support, data correlation, web site access (www.scspma.org), brainstorming methods,
meals, door prizes and fellowship with others who are involved in providing
operational support to their schools. You will definitely leave this conference
with more knowledge, enthusiasm, and pride in the job you do as well as become a role model
to the students in your districts.
